Cancellations & Returns Policy

1. WELCOME
1.1 We hope that you are happy with any products that you order from our website (the "Site"). However, if you are unhappy with the products you have ordered through the Site (the "Products") or you change your mind, you may be able to return them to us and receive a refund.
1.2 This cancellation and returns policy (the "Cancellation and Returns Policy") sets out when and how you can return Products to us if you change your mind or if there is something wrong with them, and what we can do in response.
1.3 This Cancellation and Returns Policy forms part of the general Terms of Service, and terms defined in the Terms of Service have the same meanings when used here. Please read this Cancellation and Returns Policy alongside the Terms of Service carefully before ordering any Products.
1.4 We work hard to use any personal information submitted by you, collected from your devices, or shared with us by partners in a respectful and legal manner. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use and share information about you.
2. CANCELLING YOUR ORDER IF YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND
2.1 You can change your mind and cancel the contract between you and us for any reason provided that you do so at any time after placing your order through our Site up to 14 calendar days from when you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) has received the Products.
2.2 If your order contains several Products and those Products are delivered separately, or your order is split into several shipments, you can change your mind at any time up to 14 calendar days from when the last Product in your order or the last shipment is delivered to you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier).
2.3 You do not need to tell us why you are cancelling your order if you tell us that you wish to do so within the periods set out in paragraphs 2.1 or 2.2.
2.4 To tell us you want to cancel, you can email us at our customer support address with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and include your order number.
3. RETURNING PRODUCTS
3.1 If you want to return Products to us because you have changed your mind (see section 2 above), you must return those Products to us no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel.
3.2 You are responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us unless the Products are faulty or we have made an error with your order.
3.3 Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.
3.4 Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
4. REFUNDS
4.1 If you have cancelled your order in accordance with section 2, or have returned Products in accordance with section 3, we will refund you the price you paid for the Products.
4.2 We will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days of the day on which we received the returned Products (or, if earlier, within 14 calendar days of the day you provide us with evidence that you have returned the Products).
4.3 We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay for the Products.
4.4 We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the Products if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.
5. FAULTY PRODUCTS
5.1 If the Products you have received are faulty or do not match the description on our Site, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
5.2 Your right to receive a refund or replacement for faulty goods is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
